·         We contact the US seller and negotiate the best price for the item.

·         We bid and win the US ebay auction or, if the buyer takes care of that himself, we control the whole shipping process.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

·         Ebay’s item number or the link of the online store in which the buyer wants to purchase the  product.

· Your shipping address and telephone number.

·  Previous payment

·         If you win the auction and want us to settle and manage the shipping to Spain, we are also going to need the seller’s US paypal address.

(Note: The buyer is responsible for sending the seller’s paypal address immediately in order for us to proceed with the payment. If the buyer doesn’t send the information within the next 48 hours from the moment the auction is over, we will not take any responsibility for that purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We make the payment and take care of all the logistic details from shipping to tracking down the item until it reaches our warehouse in Miami (7 to 10 days from payment until reception in Florida )

We can include your item in one of our monthly shipments from US

·         Therefore, the final price in Barcelona would be the equivalence in dollars –euros. That is, if the final price in Ebay was 500$+ 50$ to our warehouse in Miami, the final price will be 550 euros.

·         There are different ways to proceed with the payment. It can either be done through paypal to our account info@guitarshop.es  or through bank transfer  (in which case an additional 3% will be charged)

·         This price includes:  Domestic transportation within the lower 48 states, international transportation overseas, custom fees and taxes and VAT 16%.

·         This price does NOT include: Spanish or European transportation from our shop to the item’s final destination (the price will be charged by the courier in the moment of delivery), professional guitar set up.  

* All prices and fees are subjected to the dólar-euro exchange rate.

The final price for the item will ALWAYS have to be agreed on BEFORE the payment is completed. Payment will only be accepted if it has been previously agreed.  

** These general conditions shall be applied for items whose weight does not exceed 15kgs. For combined shipping, ask for prices.

 

 

 

B) We ship the item directly to your designated address 

        

 

We can also send the item directly from our warehouse in Miami to the buyer’s designated destination (in the case he/she shall want the item immediately or wouldnt want to wait for it to be included in one of our shipments)

  ·    The cost of the item will be:  the final price + shipping to our warehouse in dollars + our 10% comission,  

 ·       The price does not include: international transportation, custom fees and taxes, VAT 16%, Spanish or European transportation to the item’s final destination

·         These general conditions shall be applied for items whose weight does not exceed 15kgs.
