Operating in the UK

Shipments to    

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

·         We contact the UK seller and negotiate the best price for the item (some sellers dont want to ship outside the UK).

·         We bid and win the UK ebay auction or, if the buyer takes care of that himself, we control the whole shipping process.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

·         Ebay’s item number or the link of the online store in which the buyer wants to purchase the  product.

· Your shipping address and telephone number.

·  Previous payment

·         If you win the auction and want us to settle and manage the shipping to Spain, we are also going to need the seller’s UK paypal address.

(Note: The buyer is responsible for sending the seller’s paypal address immediately in order for us to proceed with the payment. If the buyer doesn’t send the information within the next 48 hours from the moment the auction is over, we will not take any responsibility for that purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We make the payment and take care of all the logistic details from shipping to tracking down the item until it reaches our shop in Barcelona (7 to 10 days from payment until reception )

WHAT''S THE PRICE?

The final price in Barcelona would be

• the total amount in Euros (subjected to currency changes,  +
• shipping costs to Barcelona +
• our comission: 10% of the total amount in euros.
  

* Approximate shipping costs UK-Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Balearic Islands)
        - Electric guitar / electric bass /amplifier up to 25 kg : 50-60 euros 
        - Amplifiers from 30 kg: 70-90 euros
        - Big cabinets (4x12) / speakers / tube amplifiers: 90 euros-...

This price does NOT include:

• Spanish or European transportation from our shop to the item’s final destination (the price will be charged by the courier in the moment of delivery),
• professional guitar set up if appointed by the buyer as necessary

  
There are different ways to proceed with the payment.
It can either be done through paypal to our account info@guitarshop.es  or through bank transfer  (in which case an additional 3% will be charged)

* All prices and fees are subjected to the GBP-euro exchange rate.
The final price for the item will ALWAYS have to be agreed on BEFORE the payment is completed. Payment will only be accepted if it has been previously agreed.  

** These general conditions shall be applied for items whose weight does not exceed 15kgs. For combined shipping, ask for prices.

We reccomend you

- to know and understand the exact conditions (scars, chips…) of the item you are interested or bidding for (ask us about it)
